As an executive coach Lewis facilitates high level program offerings in
management skills and innovative leadership.
Lewis strives to challenge, develop and enrich the learning for his clients.
He has extensive experience in the corporate, public and private sectors. He
has a successful track record as an entrepreneur in retail business. As a
manager with over 2 decades of experience in the corporate sector, Lewis has
observed first-hand how poor communication and lack-luster decision making
restricts growth and inhibits full achievement of peoples' potential.
As a result of his personal interest in people and a desire to improve
workplace performance, Lewis has designed and delivered individual and
organisational leadership programs for local government and throughout the
public and private sectors.
Lewis works in partnership with his clients. His primary purpose is to
encourage individuals to realise their potential. The first step in helping
an individual is to help them understand their motivation and desire to
succeed. The second step is to motivate and encourage their commitment to
make ongoing and unique contributions to focus and realise achievable
outcomes.
