Professional development and support is essential for future leaders if they
are to successfully transfer knowledge and create a dynamic enterprise with
a readiness to embrace change and capable of recognising financial, social

Our leadership development programs are tailored to meet the individual
organisation's specific needs. We co-design the programs with our clients
and establish right at the outset a collaborative approach to learning and
discovery. Program content features a diagnostic assessment of the current
reality for each participant to promote greater self-awareness, enhance
experiences, broaden perspectives, and develop perceptions. Our programs
experiences include journaling, authoring a self-development plan to
encourage on-going improvement and new behaviours to enhance participant
effectiveness within the organisation. Our overall aim is to convert
individual potential into organisational performance through enhanced
personal effectiveness.
Our programs are often conducted in remote locations that promote quiet
reflection and review. They offer unique and different perspectives to those
normally on offer to participants. Our leadership programs promote the use
of dialogue, sharing insights and the development of both spiritual and
emotional intelligence. We incorporate a range of activities that are
non-threatening as a means of learning more about the self and what this may
mean for taking full personal responsibility. We include authentic
experiences in the natural environment with Indigenous elders and local
leaders and community mentors. The ultimate outcome is to enhance personal
levels of effectiveness for implementation after each event.
